Kwizie supports common training file formats including video, audio, and PDF documents. Below you’ll find supported formats, upload limits, and streaming details.
Kwizie is designed to work seamlessly with the most common content formats used for training and certification.
Video & audio files:
• We currently support all major video and audio file formats.
• On standard plans, individual files are limited to 200 MB.
• If you need to upload larger files, you can request a limit increase using this form:

To ensure smooth playback for your participants, all video and audio files are automatically converted into a streamable format, optimized to a quality comparable to YouTube. This allows reliable streaming across devices and locations without manual setup.
Document files:
• Document uploads are currently limited to PDF format only.
• Please convert or save your documents to PDF before uploading them to Kwizie.
