Teams: Setup guide
This guide explains how to manage your organization settings, users, and branding when using a Teams subscription. For those that have signed up to this plan: Click the menu in the top right hand corner and click "Manage". Follow the guide on how to manage the plan as follows:
1. Subscription overview
At the top of the page, you can see your current subscription details, including:
• Plan type (Teams)
• Total seats
• Available seats
These seats determine how many users you can add to your organization.

2. Organization properties
Organization name:
Set the name of your organization as it should appear across the platform and in shared content.
Allowed emails (regular expression)
You can restrict who can join or be added to your organization by defining an email domain rule using a regular expression.

This is useful for ensuring only users from approved domains can be added.3. Managing users
Adding users
To add a user to your organization:
• The user must already be registered with a free Kwizie account
• Make sure they have created their account before you add them to the organization
Once added:
• The user will occupy one seat
• They immediately gain access to organization resources
• You can edit and remove them

4. Shared folders
All users within the organization automatically get access to a shared folder in the sidebar. This folder is visible to every organization member and is designed for shared trainings, tests, and content.
Rule for shared trainings: Only the author can delete or move them. Everyone can see and duplicate them to their own folder.

4. Add-ons & custom features
Teams plans can be extended with additional add-ons and customizations, including:
• Custom primary and accent colors
• Fully customized certificate designs
• Branded email notifications
• SMS notifications
• Custom workflows and enterprise features
