Supported file formats & sizes

Kwizie is designed to work seamlessly with the most common content formats used for training and certification.

Video & audio files:
- We currently support all major video and audio file formats.
- On standard plans, individual files are limited to 200 MB.
- If you need to upload larger files, you can request a limit increase using this form:

‍To ensure smooth playback for your participants, all video and audio files are automatically converted into a streamable format, optimized to a quality comparable to YouTube. This allows reliable streaming across devices and locations without manual setup.

Document files:
- Document uploads are currently limited to PDF format only.
- Please convert or save your documents to PDF before uploading them to Kwizie.
