What is Kwizie?
Kwizie is an end-to-end testing and certification platform that allows you to turn videos, audio, and documents into micro-credentialing assetsin minutes. It’s built for individuals, teams, and institutions that need reliable testing, tracking, and certification.

Uploads & file limits

What are the upload limits?
Standard plans support up to 100 content items, with a maximum file size of 200 MB per item. These limits help us manage the cost of secure storage, processing, and content delivery.

Can I upload larger files or more content?
Yes, submit a request here. You can request an increase in storage, file size, or content limits. Custom limits are quoted based on your needs.

Which file formats are supported?

  • Video & audio: All major formats are supported and automatically converted into a streamable format optimized for smooth playback.
  • Documents: Currently limited to PDF. Please convert documents to PDF before uploading.

Teams & Institutions

How does user access work in a team?
Each user occupies one seat. All users in an organization automatically gain access to a shared folder visible in the sidebar.

Do users need an account before being added to a team?
Yes. Users must already be registered with a free Kwizie account before they can be added to a Teams or Institutions organization.

Can we brand Kwizie with our own logo?
Yes. Teams & Institutions plans allow you to replace Kwizie branding with your own logos across the platform, including tests, certificates, and shared course links. Logo file URLs must be publicly accessible.

Are custom features available?
Yes. You can request add-ons such as custom colors, certificate designs, email and SMS notifications, and other tailored features.

Subscriptions & billing

How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, sign in to your account, go to “Edit Subscription” in the main menu, find your current plan, and click the Cancel subscription button, then confirm your cancellation.

Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we explicitly state otherwise in writing.

Will I lose my content immediately after canceling?
No. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, access may be restricted depending on your plan.
